How to use the frame extractor

- To grab one frame: play the video, pause at the moment you want, and hit "Capture current frame".
- To grab many: type how often you want a frame (for example every 2 seconds) and hit "Extract frames". The tool walks through the video and captures each one. You can stop it any time.
- Every frame appears below with its timestamp. Click "Download PNG" on any of them to save it.

What resolution are the extracted frames?
Full native resolution — if your video is 1920×1080, each PNG is 1920×1080. Nothing is downscaled, and there are no player controls or watermarks baked into the image.
Which video formats work?
MP4 and WebM work in every modern browser, and some browsers also accept MOV. If the video won't play in the preview player, the browser can't read it, and no frames can be extracted.
Can I use the frame extractor on my phone?
