In short: we collect almost nothing. No accounts, no file uploads — everything runs in your browser.
VIPToolsKit ("we", "our") provides free online tools at viptoolskit.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- No accounts. You can use every tool without signing up, so we hold no usernames, passwords, or profiles.
- Your files stay on your device. PDFs, images, and CV data you process with our tools are handled entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers.
- Contact emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and message so we can reply. We never sell or share it.
Log data
Our hosting provider may automatically record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability. We do not use this data to identify you.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies:
- Fonts: we load fonts from Google Fonts, which may set cookies per Google's own policies.
- Advertising: we show ads via Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google's Ads Settings page.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of third parties: our web host (Hostinger), Google Fonts, and Google AdSense for advertising.
Data security
Because we do not collect or store your personal data or files, there is little to protect — by design. The site is served over HTTPS.
Children's privacy
Our tools are general-audience utilities. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
